I also called the store today , customer service there doesn't even care they got your money who cares. Why buy an extended package if they dont care.Been trying for months now nothing is happening. tried in Jan . So submitted same claim on the 13th . Still nobody cares King and State what a joke they call me i missed call . they asked me to call back did 1 hour later said they were closed . Funny thing is the message i was listening to said they were open . Best but best place to buy tv atleast they have geek squad which friends have told me they are great to deal with and things get done. User's recommendation: Stay away from leons and king and state a joke.
