I would like to inform you that my family and my sisters family a party of eight people are planning a trip to Hawaii the first week of August. I called customer service and spoke to Nino Angelo, Who confirmed that if booking multiple excursions I would be able to get a discount of 10% of my total price. When the title came he only granted me 5% discount. I explained to him that that's not what I was promised and asked to speak to a supervisor. Niño told me that I cannot speak to a supervisor and he will not be transferring me to a supervisor and that's all I'm confusion User's recommendation: I will no longer recommend this company to any of my friends due to my customer service rep.
