Nimli…horrible company

I ordered on April 13th a red shawl for a red dress for a wedding. My card was charged..I didn't receive the shawl....it never shipped. The wedding was on the 23rd of April.I canceled the order on Monday the 25th. Surprise..the only time I got to talk to customer service after twelve tries. Then I got a confirmation the order had shipped the next day. I am returning this item. I can not contact Nimli by phone or e-mail..The phone message says open 11-6 MON-FRI...not true...the message says they are closed. No one is responding to my e-mails either. Bad company..do not order from them!!!!
