I'm very pleased with Nimli's service, they have a great variety of products & I ordered both pashminas/jewelry from the site. I've never had any issues & have been completely satisfied. Recently I ordred 5 shawls for a summer wedding, all arrived on time & were beautiful. The shawls received more compliments than my dress. I also know that the company has completely changed, it no longer carries only eco products & is expanding. I would recommend to all my friends to shop here, I can only speak for the last 3 orders I've placed since February 2012 but I found their customer service extremely good.
