NIGHTMARE with Vivint

Trying to update my account CC information, the system wouldn't allow it due to conflicting accounts which should have been resolved over 7 years ago. I have been going back and forth with Vivint for 3 months, 10 calls and roughly 8 hours now trying to simply update my account, which resulted in sending out an onsite tech to 'update' my panel; in doing so, I was told they would waive fee's due to all the challenges I have had, just to be charged $425 for the panel, which means they kept my credit card information without my approval. When I User's recommendation: Steer clear.
