I paid for shipping and handling when I ordered, but DHL asked me to pay for shipping again! I contacted jjhouse and they resolved the problem . Moreover, I followed their size chart and ended up with getting a dress that didn't fit very well. They gave me so many options including a partial refund to have a local tailor fix it for me. All in total, I'm happy with their customer service.
