I placed an order (59088) for this sweater a few weeks ago (Oct 22), and still have not received my product. Tracking information says my order was delivered, but I don't have it. Along the way, I e-mailed customer service multiple times, but only received non-helpful responses. The phone number listed to contact customer service is conveniently not working. I filed a complaint with Paypal regarding my order, but they did nothing because the tracking information said my order had been delivered. It had not been delivered. This boils down to me being out the money I paid plus not receiving the product for which I paid. This company is run by thieves and scammers. In all the years that online shopping has been a thing, this is by far my worst experience.
