New “upgraded” app interface is terrible!

Ever since you updated your app interface, we have had nothing but trouble. It says we are logged in, but our watch history disappears and we can't watch a movie. Have to logout, then back in. What a pain! On both a new Samsung Smart TV and a Roku box. Customer service is a total joke.Loo User's recommendation: Do not subscribe.
