New to hosting and too many errors, no return calls
from the set up of our acct I had troubles. Air set it up without confirmation on several things. When I called to review, each time, I have to verify my acct on email and by cell. I have rentals in a month with no information. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they took the initial complaint, but there are SO many issues/problems with Air, they closed the caseNOtDOedO User's recommendation: DO NOT USE AIRBNB.
