I managed to cancel a landline/broadband account for a customer who is in a care home with dementia. They have sent a new router to her home address and I cannot speak to anyone about returning it because their system is entirely fixated on existing customers and neither their ex-customer nor I can provide password information. Help. # User's recommendation: Avoid TalkTalk like the plague.
