I have purchase new remote from your Airport br.near big mosque. I raised complain that that is not responding to my set box, complain no [protected]. Technician came he told me go back to them and ask for same old remote. I gone to them and they says this is universal remote and work for all devices. Without settling my issue they says your complain has been settled. I am senior citizen going here and there, calling them.but still my request is same. I pay your bills monthly.
