New Policy to hold funds to be refunded after six business days ?
Placed an order for four items however; one item is not available not even on back order but yet, the item shows up on my tracking sheet. Order cost $ 65.77 total out of my account $ 90.77. They will lose many a customer with policies like this. User's recommendation: Ask about hidden fees/ policies of holding funds.
