There's a new little black guy that works the Tuscaloosa location, I think he may be in magnement and I come in the store around 2-3 times a day and he's always outside smoking something huddled up on the side of the store. In the pay year I've been shopping in here and the change in magnement obviously wasn't for the best, maybe look into more diverse hiring. The new store manger is atrocious as well , she's very rude and only walks about not helping. Myself and several friends have stopped coming due to the poor issues we've seen on recent personel. I do remember one manager that was very nice and always working and willing to help his name was Steve, that's who you guys need to rehire.
