Having issues logging on my account is always being locked or on hold when nothing is suspicious,than when i log in my account isnt even on it this has been going on since may 4 ,than when i try to use the chat feature it shows errors.Not to mention the chat customer service dont want to help ,they redirect you to a live agent. User's recommendation: Not to use the app.
