New number issues

Approximately 6 months ago I changed my phone number with Cricket and since then I have received 100's of texts and spam messages as well as sex messages and calls for the previous owner. Cricket should not recycle numbers for at least 6 months to a year. I am so disgusted, this has not only effected my piece of mind but I constantly have issues with my bank and online transactions necessary to do my billing. I have been a loyal customer for many years and because of this nonsense, I'm actually thinking of changing my service. Also, customer service at your Franklin NC store is terrible. They don't care about their customers. Any solution to this problem would be greatly appreciated. If your solution is to change the number again, this is not acceptable because it is not easy for me andmy business and all accounts are now associated with this number.
