I have been using Clairol Natural Instincts hair color for over 25 years, but alas we'll have to stop as their new formula is awful. I have ruined several sets of expensive pillowcases and sheets because the dye is not colorfast and has transferred onto my bedding. I have tried shampooing my hair several times after dying it as well as a using vinegar rinse, but it has made no difference. In addition, their new conditioner has left my hair limp and greasy even if using a very small amount. As a result I've thrown it away the last four times. User's recommendation: Don't buy this product!
