I have gone every year to their annual liter sale in July and spent from $200-$600 per year. They keep raising the prices each year which isn't cool. Then this year, they raised the prices even more and certain brands are more than others, and certain brands don't participate at all now who used to. Then after I spent almost $600, they say oh now the liters are 20% off so some are $11.99 (like they all used to be) but people who have already spent their money are screwed because they've paid the higher price! I called customer service and they didn't care at all. I will never go to Beauty Brands again. This new sale is tricky and unfair to loyal customers
