New hvac that doesn’t work consistently

Two months ago my heat stopped working for hours at a time, but would always kick back on (either on its own or with me resetting the system). Had m+s come out... 8 service visits and two months later, my heat still doesn’t work. The unit was installed less than two years ago, and has a full warranty but nobody knows how to fix it, and then when they try something they order the wrong part (twice). I have a one year old and am losing a lot of sleep over the lack of heat when it’s 0-20 degrees Fahrenheit outside. No customer service has been proactive in trying solutions or tried to right this wrong. I’m beyond frustrated with the lack of experience knowledge customer service and assistance in resolving this issue.
