I purchased a new T210 Craftsman mower from Lowes. When I tried to use it it did not run. I called both Lowes and Craftsman and they refused to even listen. I finally hired a repairman and he saw it was a factory defect. The valve rockers were completely off so the mower exhaust was not functioning. Consequently, the mower would not run. This was a factory defect. Neither company will help resolve the issue User's recommendation: Craftsman does not honor their factory warranty.
