New camera – scratched lens no customer service

Well this is a sad review and nothing to do with the diving case itself as it’s fantastic!! It’s the customer service which is at a fail! My wife purchased (for my birthday ) a Seafrogs iPhone 8 dive case . The first use wasn’t until after my birthday which was approximately 2 months after purchase . We hit a dive in the Puget Sound and it wasn’t until after I ran the footage that there was a very small nick( scratch ) on the lens . I contacted aditech and they claim that they inspect every package prior to delivery , I would believe this only if they were the manufacturer ( which they are not ) . The packaging was factory sealed which makes this a defect . Sad to say I will not and suggest for no one to purchase this fantastic dive case from this company
