New Bluebird Online Format

Since this "new" online sight was activated its been absolutely a nightmare!!! it went from very simple and straight forward to complicated and stupid!! Used to love this card, now I really hate it!! I've been a user for over 2 years and this new setup really, really sucks!!! User's recommendation: Shop around, AMEX is not what it used to be!!!
