Never worked properly and no warranty service.

Update by user Mar 15, 2021 On this new clothes dryer, I have spent more than two weeks of trying to get any resolution by phone with GE. Three times GE Service or GE appliance Consumer Relations department said they would call back and did not. Calls to GE Consumer Relations were on hold in excess of 30 minutes each time I called.Home Depot, who sold the appliance, was not helpful during an in-person request for assistance or intervention. Home Depot's national service phone number connects you to... GE Service! Original review posted by user Mar 15, 2021 This new dryer, installed and vented correctly, almost never gets warm enough to dry a pair of jeans in 60-minutes. The medium setting is warmer than the high temperature setting which is the same as delicate. Intermittently, but rarely, it seems to work perfectly. GE warranty service has been unable to find anyone willing to do a warranty service call after two weeks of calling them repeatedly. GE service has never called us back after promising to do so multiple times. User's recommendation: GE appliance does not have a working warranty service program. Maybe a class action suit would help.
