When my company transferred our office from CT to Atlanta GA three of my coworkers and I looked to rent a house while we figured out about moving our families and getting them settled. Invitation homes invited us to fill out an application on their properties. After we payed our application fees we were told that they were unable to rent to 4 non-related adults. They stated they would refund our fees, but then they wouldn't. Don't let them tell you to apply before getting all the facts from them!!!!
