I ordered a Phatmoto for $630. Big mistake. My bike was scratched. My oil cap was broken. My clutch was bent. The scews on the front break were stripped. It was a repackaged bike. Not only that, but it was an older model then I had paid for. The crank was misdrilled so my pedals were offset. They offered to replace the crank and the oil cap. No response on the paint or the older model or the bent clutch. I will be calling them tomorrow and I will never purchase another thing from their sight. When things go well or things are moderate they step up, but me having $630 behind my purchase their attitude is as if they want to take the money and run.
