Had scheduled pick up for 5/13/2021 between 2-6 pm. Took afternoon off of work and waited.....waited....waited.....they never showed, called at 6:30 and the rep couldnt get ahold of the driver nor the dispatcher office...claimed nothing could be done, no apology for my wasted afternoon off etc. just expected me to magically be able to take another day off for pick up (when I dont know if theyll even show up.
