Never shipped my product – stopped communicating

I placed an order in February and after they received my frames they claimed there was an error in the production of the lenses and it would take another 1-2days to resolve. After that, weeks went by with no communication. I reached out twice only to hear that again there was an error in production of the lenses. I requested information on the condition of my frames and received no response. After both times claiming an additional "1-2 days" additional was needed, I never received my order nor my frames returned. They have now stopped responding to me and I need to recover my property which was $240 and need a refund on the lenses I purchased. Unfortunately no one will communicate with me. I am forced to take the matter to social media and the BBB. They have effectively stolen my property and my money. User's recommendation: Never ever use Lensabl!!!
