Never recieved my order. The website is misleading

I ordered a dog harness from Doggy Market on April 7th. I was misled to believe that it would be shipped within 48hours. I notified them after 2 weeks and only got a phony tracking number. They said it takes 14 to 28 days to ship. This means they are shipping from another country. I could have paid half as much and order from China If I wanted to wait that long. I now have to order and wait for a company in the USA. at least I hope they are. I assumed by the website this company was located here!!
