Never received the GoPro 9

Dont EVER order directly from @gopro, their customer service is appalling and set up oversees where the team are unable to go off script! My husband had used their goods for years for work and theyve happily used his photos! I bought the @gopro9 as a gift for my husband nearly 4 weeks ago and we waited for it. @ups said it was delivered and left on the doorstep. After many calls we are no further yet the proof of purchase given is the wrong postcode! Theyve closed the case and both companies deny any responsibility and we have no GoPro from @goprouk! Absolutely disgusting customer service, Im surprised theyre still standing as a company, its an ongoing problem when you read their reviews. User's recommendation: Never buy directly as oversees help centre and they use UPS to deliver!
