Never received report

Purchased report the emailed report was wrong with incorrect codes, wouldn't respond to emails, then after 6 months sends email that he sent report, report was lost in post , after emailing with the issue then blocks my emails, still never confirmed that he even corrected the original complaint , got ripped off for over 300 bucks and blocked communication User's recommendation: Poor service,
