Never received refund for performance cancelled due to covid and not rescheduled

I purchased 3 tickets for the performance of Hello Dolly for March 14, 2020. The performance was cancelled due to Covid. It has not been rescheduled. I called Customer Service number, which gave me prompts to follow. After entering the prompts for my order number, voice message said to contact them via email on their website. I have no issue with that except that I can't find and email address for them Also did Live Chat with same outcome.
