Never received order but was billed

I ordered 2 long sleeve T-shirts. They were the 2020 salute to serviceline. One for the Atlanta Falcons and one for the New England Patriots. I never received the New England Patriots shirt. I emailed the NFL shop twice but never received a response back. This shirt was ordered back in Dec 2020 as a Xmas gift. This has been a horrible customer service experience. No one has money to give to a company and not get the product they paid for and no response from customer service.
