I paid for two tickets in Feb 2020 for The Beach Boys Concert in May 2020. It was rescheduled to Nov 2020, then never happened. I made AT LEAST two phone calls to Stub Hub regarding a refund for these tickets and the first time was told it was still open and couldnt be refunded unless it was cancelled. Called again two months ago and spoke with an agent who looked into it and found it had been cancelled BUT WAS NEVER UPDATED ON THE WEBSITE. Was told I would get an email when it was cancelled to give info on how to get my refund! NEVER GOT ONE!!! S User's recommendation: Use another company.
