Never received my order, Poor customer service

This was my second time ordering from drizly I placed an order that was given me an ETA of 28 minutes to 53 minutes I waited over four hours and never received my order customer service was not responsive and I was only given two credits of free delivery which wasnt helpful! I will not be ordering from drizly ever again and I will be uninstalling the app! User's recommendation: Order May not be guaranteed.
