First of all I never received the apex boot cream, then I was charged $74.99. I called customer service. I was told that it costs $.99 to cancel subscription. So I went ahead and canceled. They took the money out with the quickness! Then I was told they'd refund my debit card $72.99 in good faith. I hadn't received the refund. So I called today to find out what's going on with my refund I've waited over 14 days. They told me they can only pay back 30% which is $22.49 but I had agreed to $72.99. So the GM gave me a refund for 50% of the cost. So on top of the $22.49 he'd give me an additional $15.00 back. Well I'm still waiting for the trial product and my damn refund!! I'm so friggin pissed off! I want all my money back!! I'm making a complaint with my bank, but I have to wait a full 30 days to make the complaint. WTFFFFFFFF
