Never received merchandise / Warning dishonest company

Ordered Sunday Riley products they never arrived. I completed the forms to outline goods never received. Customer Service was challenging to reach and not helpful. SkinStore was also dishonest with my credit card company stating I never filed the claim forms which I did. I now have to re open the claim and file a case in Small Claims court. What an utterly useless and dishonest company. Buy direct from your preferred Skincare brands. User's recommendation: AVOID.
