Never Received Mats for Car

I ordered Custom mats for A Friend In July From Customein through Paypal They took the money out of my Account,said they were Shipped got a tracking Number but they havent moved from that spot in weeks.Now I cant seem to get a refund .no one has any answers.cant talk to no one on the phone its a hot damn mess.I want my money or they need to send the mats. User's recommendation: Please Read Reviews.
