Never received Bracelet

Ive reached out to the Better Business Bureau in regard to my Pandora bracelet on July 16th. My Pandora Bracelet and the replacement has changed colors several times. I was told by an agent named April in Consumer Affairs that I would have a new Pandora Bracelet with the charms shipped out to me. However, it's been 11 days and Ive heard nothing from the agent or Pandora. This has been a horrible experience with Pandora! I am very unsatisfied with the service after spending over $200 for a bracelet that I can't even wear. Ive not heard anything from the company! User's recommendation: No.
