Never received a call back from 8:45 this morning
This goes even further than that!!! Yes, NOBODY EVER called me back, and I called twice!!!! But, I was able to get through early that morning and ordered 4 candles. Well then, on the 7th I got an e-mail stating they cancelled one of my candles!!! I went on line yesterday to see if my candles were shipped which is when I noticed the last 4 digits of that credit card WAS NOT MINE!!! I called customer service yesterday and spoke to a man named Noel who kept putting me on hold to speak to a supervisor, The problem is STILL NOT CORRECTED after being on line for half an hour!! I checked my statement a few minutes ago and the credit was still not applied!! HELP!!!!
