Never receive my money back

Ordered food on the app on my phone. I never received my order in time, so I canceled my order never got my money back. This store is horrible, and they have no employees to help make food. I waited for 20 minutes to get my food never got my food, so I canceled my order and never got my money back. Five other people were waiting over 30 minutes and never got their food, they were still waiting. This location is horrible. I still have not gotten my money back, I called customer service and haven't received my money back yet. You guys still owe me 24.87.
