I get a weekly order from HelloFresh delivered by TFright. And I NEVER receive my items. When I check on the delivery, it says delivered but the box is no where to be found and was never actually delivered. When I reach out to the customer service, Ive been told that my items are damaged and therefore couldnt be delivered. Why am I being told my items were delivered when They werent? Why arent all notifying me when my items are damaged and why is this happening to EVERY THING I GET FROM YALL. User's recommendation: DONT USE THIS COMPANY.
