About a year ago, I rented a 2 bedroom condo at 121 N. Almont Dr. in Beverly Hills, CA. I rented it from an absolutely insane lady named, Angela Movassaghi. This women is bat *** crazy! Most of al, Angela Movassaghi is a THIEF!!!! She refused to repair anything that wasn't working in the condo. Then she refused to give me a key to the front door, then there was that horrible MOLDY smell inside her condo and she wouldn't allow me to use air freshener!! Most importantly, when I decided to move out, she refused to give me back my $10,000.00 deposit!! So I took her to court and fought to get it back, which I did! Then I found out, she pulled the same crap, with the previous renters. This woman makes a living ripping off unsuspecting renters, so beware! Just be smart and stay away from this "messy old lady." and her ugly condo!
