Never intended to refund my money

I had to return replacement light bulbs for my artificial tree I purchased from Tree Classics, as they are the wrong bulbs and Tree Classics no longer supports the trees they sold prior to 2013 (which is a huge issue in itself as each year, about 100 plus light bulbs go out on the tree). I had several email communications with Tree Classics and followed their direction in returning the bulbs. They received the return on 12/18/17. They have not returned my money and they apparently are giving me the run around. I have spoken to several people and have gotten several emails. With every communication, I was assured they were processing my refund. It's now been one month since they received the return, but I have still not received my money back. I would absolutely NOT recommend purchasing anything from this company. Not only do they not support their products, they lie to their biggest asset - their customers.
