Dear sir madam I have purchased notebook at the end of the last year. My parcel got robbed. I have paid custom taxes. I got two empty boxes. I have complained about it to DHL express and seller. I have opened case with DHL but without success. Then l push seller to do the same as I did. Few days ago seller contact me and said that. DHL's express will give him refund $100 , and I will get my money back. I was really happy. I told him I really like to get new notebook, so he said ok. But now he reads my messages, and he blocked me and doesn't respond to this case anymore. I hope you can look into this case, please Kind regards Sebastian Czarnecki
