Never got my card via snail mail

They sent a replacement card supposedly Feb 6th and it now May 10th... the excuse is usps take a while to get to you and they want to issue me a check and what makes them think a check will get to me if two permanent cards cant . Customer service refused to let me speak with anyone. They still have the original amount loaded to my card User's recommendation: Just me but will never use these *** again.
