Never got connected to the real person.

I was trying to get an answer when parts will be in, but have never got connected to the customer service agent. The answering service keep telling me to call a contractor, but when I called a contractor they told me I will need to call AHS to get an answer where parts are. Please, send me a phone # that I can talk to the real person.
