My employer decided to upgrade its payroll system, and they for some reason chose Kronos. We are a manufacturing facility with both incentive and straight hourly pay scales. Bonus-none of us can get our correct pay. Our payroll department has been struggling for 18 months to make this fiasco work. I am currently on track to be shorted 30 hours next check. Everyone knows this but no one can fix this. The ONLY reason to go to work is to be paid. Basic contract, I work-employer pays.
