Delay delay delay! DIA is perfect for United. Nastiest, dirtiest airport in the country. All United does is delay. Seats get smaller and smaller. The only thing they are skilled at is handling customer complaints. They all parrot Im sorry for the delay but.. No more United for me. Everybody I talk to hates them. Next time they shouldnt be bailed out. Let them fail because you cant survive and give satisfaction to consumers of you dont get it. They dont get it! User's recommendation: Walking might be a better alternative. Quit giving them money.
