I am so frustrated that since the time she took over the bench, I am fighting her and not the opposition. The judge doesn't know the meaning of Findings, doesn't look at Evidence, refers to 'allegations' as findings and evidence, doesn't have knowledge of laws, the laws she knows about are ignored as per her convenience, partial, unethical, takes away children from one parent and gives to the one she is favoring in that case , lies endlessly right from the bench to villainize the disfavored litigant, write downright lies in her orders to justify her biased rulings. Parrots 'best interest of the child' to the best of her advantage, not meaning a single word of this phrase , Becomes more hostile and revengeful if you stand up to her misconduct. I've had 3 other judges on my case but never even once experienced this kind of behavior before. God bless the families that have their cases before her because no one - neither her colleagues, the lawyers that are aware of the unethical behavior nor the chief judge will do anything about it. They will let her ruin our lives!!
