I went on a Royal Caribbean Cruise on the Empress of the Sea 12/9/2019. We got to Cozumel, Mexico on 12/13/2019. I bought a ring from Roma Jewelry. They told me that it was 14kt gold with diamonds. I paid them $50.00 in cash and $435.00 on my credit card. When I got home to have it resized. The jeweler told me that the ring was sterling silver gold plated. It was only worth $50.00 or less. I am disputing the charge on my credit card but I can not get my $50.00 back. Please never buy jewelry if you are on a cruise ship when you get off. I pray that my credit card company will reimburse my account and close this company down.
