Never again not why David Samuels is there

on November 29th around 12:30. I bought a 65 inch Samsung TV. with some more items that I had bought so the total came up to be 552 dollars. I went home and took the TV out the box and then once we looked at the TV and try to turn it on I noticed that it was a mark like a scratch or dent something inside of TV. so I don't take TV back to brandsmart in Stockbridge Georgia. general manager David Samuels came out there him on another lady and they was very nasty and rude I am he told me that he can not give me my money back and that the TV was damaged and that time something about a box and his policy and I read the policy and then said its up to the manager there if I they want to return the TV and he could have charged me for whatever that was missing even each part should be charged back to me but he re fuse to help me so I left there. I love their very upset and crying I was very hurt I had my father with me who's 80 years old and he just kept talking about that no I can't take it back no I can't take it back and I told him I said we took it out the box to see you to make sure that the TV was working and he was like why I can't give you the money back so I didn't I actually didn't want my money back I just wanted a nother TV and I was like I was in here to get my money back on nothing like that. I have been coming brandsmart for 17 years I had one in a TV to put down in my living room I paid 511 dollars for a 65 inch Samsung TV and when I took it back was a nobody there at my house I was there my house by myself me my dad we took out the bicycle it up now on the stand wants we put of them stand we noticed that it was dead on the TV so once I try to take it back it was like oh no you guys did this and he was telling my dad that he did it in just point stuff out to us like kids. I was treated so I'm fairly yesterday just giving a store $500 not having my money when I walk out the door and still leaving the TV there and I have any TV all the money and I can't believe that he just treated customers like that and it was okay for him to feel like that for others like they're right there didn't matter it it. Like he treat us like animals.
